What are the types of food do you usually eat? How many servings do you usually eat per meal?
I eat lot of rice approximately 2 cups of rice per meal. I Usually eat 2 cups of rice, and 2 servings of fish or pork depending on the meal plan.
Eating Habit contributes to having good health or bad health. We are what we eat. If we eat unhealthy foods, our health is also unhealthy. We are likely to develop cardiovascular diseases and cancers depending of the food type we eat. If we eat healthy foods, our body is also healthy. Maintaining balance diet improves our overall health.

However, eating and our body's response to eating are some of the most intriguing concepts of health. Our body uses the nutrients from the food that we eat. These make up your eating habits. Self control should be consider in achieving a balance diet.

Understanding the importance of food choices becomes even more critical as a greater number of people rely more on convenience food, take-out meals, and eating out.
